Coaching Staff

Our coaching staff features some of the area’s most respected coaches. We place emphasis on skill instruction and player development, while also expanding the understanding of game concepts and team strategies.

Midwest Express Coaches are current and former college D1 players, All-Americans, state champions, current HS and college-level coaches,  all with a proven track record of winning and growing the game of lacrosse

John Doss, Administrator and Youth Coach

Luke Karnick, Administrator and 2024 MW Region Coach

  • Assistant coach for Brownsburg lacrosse
  • First and only midfielder in Hanover College Lacrosse history to score 100-plus goals over career (2011–2015)
  • Hanover College record for most career goals and points for a midfielder
  • Hanover College lacrosse Offensive Player of the Year (2015)
  • Ohio River Lacrosse Conference First Team All-Conference Midfielder (2015)
  • Member of Latvian National Lacrosse Team (2013)
