It was another standout week for Long Island Express alumni, with impressive performances across Division I, II, and III. Our players made their presence felt on both ends of the field, contributing to big wins for their respective teams.

DIVISION I

Notre Dame 14, Duke 7

Chris Kavanagh led the Fighting Irish offense with a well-rounded performance, tallying 1 goal, 4 assists, and 3 ground balls. Christian Alqqua added 1 assist, while Will Angrick and Jalen Seymour each contributed 1 goal. At the faceoff X, Will Lynch was dominant, winning 12 draws at a 63% clip and scooping up 4 ground balls to help control possession.

Stony Brook 17, Fairfield 16

In a high-scoring battle, Rob Moore played a key role in Fairfield’s offense, recording 2 goals and 2 assists. Stony Brook’s Gary Correa added 1 goal, while Joe Constatino made an impact on defense for the Stag’s with 1 ground ball and 1 caused turnover.

Boston U. 16, Holy Cross 4

Jimmy O’Connell had an explosive performance, leading the Terriers with 4 goals and 3 assists for a game-high 7 points. Freshman Andrew Ottomanelli also found the back of the net twice, scoring 2 goals for Holy Cross.

Monmouth 24, Hampton 4

Ryan O’Rourke
contributed to Monmouth’s offensive outburst, finishing with 1 goal and 1 assist.

Hofstra 17, Delaware 10

Ryan Kiernan
was active on both ends of the field, dishing out 2 assists while also collecting 2 ground balls and forcing 2 turnovers in a strong two-way effort.

Villanova 10, Denver 9 (OT)
Freshman Goaltender Denis Fargione came up clutch in a tight overtime victory, making 8 key saves to help secure the win.

Bryant 12, UMBC 7


Owen West
found the back of the net, scoring 1 goal as Bryant controlled the game from start to finish.

Richmond 22, St. Bonaventure 5

Jack Riccardi
contributed to Richmond’s offensive explosion, scoring 1 goal in the dominant win

Cornell 15, UPenn 5
Faceoff specialist Jack Cascadden dominated at the X, winning 12 faceoffs at 63% and picking up 8 ground balls, giving Cornell a major possession advantage.

Princeton 11, Dartmouth 8
Defensively for Dartmouth, Freshman Jack Mulholland was solid, collecting 4 ground balls to help Princeton secure the Ivy League victory.

Iona 12, Quinnipiac 8
Freshman Jake Riglietti provided a spark for Iona’s offense, contributing 2 assists in the win

Sacred Heart 16, Iona 1
Goalie Alex Pazienza had a dominant showing in net, stopping 89% of shots with 8 saves and 4 ground balls. Jack Ramsay played tough defense, recording 1 ground ball and 1 caused turnover.

Sacred Heart 13, Marist 12 (OT)
In a thrilling overtime win, Jack Ramsay was a defensive standout with 2 ground balls and 3 caused turnovers, while Alex Pazienza added 4 saves in goal.

Ohio State 13, Rutgers 11

Dillon Magee
recorded 1 assist as the Buckeyes battled past Rutgers.

Syracuse 12, Virginia 10


Midfielder Charles Balsamo notched 1 assist, while freshman Tommy Snyder contributed 1 ground ball to help maintain possession for the Cavaliers.

DIVISION II

Mercy 16, Roberts Wesleyan 9

Jimmy Osorio was unstoppable on offense, scoring 6 goals and adding 1 assist for a 7-point outing. Connor Abrahall also contributed with 1 assist.

Adelphi 27, Southern New Hampshire 5

Kyle Lewis
had a productive day, scoring 2 goals as Adelphi dominated.

Florida Southern 16, Palm Beach Atlantic 11

Nicholas Johnson
was a defensive force, collecting 3 ground balls and causing 4 turnovers to help shut down Florida Southern’s offense.

Seton Hill 17, Lewis 9

Michael Metheny
played a key offensive role, tallying 1 goal and 2 assists in Seton Hill’s win.

Anderson (SC) 25, Coker 10

Matthew Rodgers
found the net twice, scoring 2 goals in Anderson’s offensive showcase.

DIVISION III

Geneseo 16, Oneonta 11

Jimmy Atkinson put on a strong performance, recording 3 goals and 2 assists to lead Geneseo’s offense.

Amherst 17, Roanoke 9

Patrick Arnold
found the back of the net, scoring 1 goal in Amherst’s convincing win.

Scranton 23, Goucher 4
Goaltender Carson Kirchner was stellar in net, making 8 saves at an 80% save rate, while Connor Cole contributed defensively with 2 ground balls.

Ohio Wesleyan 28, Wabash 6

Garrett Smith
had a productive outing, recording 2 goals and 1 assist in a blowout win.

Clarkson 11, Skidmore 7
Freshman attack-man Mike Aiello found the back door the net for Skidmore.

Tufts 20, Union 10
Goalie Connor Garzone made 6 saves at a 55% save rate in a solid outing.

Tufts 15, Colby 7

Connor Garzone
was back in action, stopping 5 shots at a 50% save rate to help Tufts claim another win.

Coast Guard 14, Merchant Marine 9

Michael Valentine IV
contributed defensively, picking up 1 ground ball and causing 1 turnover.

Swarthmore 16, Muhlenberg 6

Patrick Crawley
added to Muhlenberg’s offensive effort with 1 goal in the lost to Swarthmore.

Scranton 17, Susquehanna 11

Carson Kirchner
had another strong game in net, making 10 saves, while Connor Cole was active defensively with 1 ground ball and 1 caused turnover.
