Focus on Player Development
Welcome to Express East 2037 Bolts. With the outstanding coaching of Rory Duddy and Kyle Moeller, this team will focus on player development, introducing young players to the game in a fun, supportive, and fast-paced environment focusing on lacrosse core fundamentals such as stick skills, passing, catching, ground balls, spacing, and basic team concepts.

Our Goals
Our goal is to help players build confidence, learn how the game works, and develop a love for lacrosse while laying a strong foundation for future growth.
